Job Description

Roles and Responsibilites

• Assist in overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity among team members.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair tasks, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
• Support the Workshop Manager in managing inventory, ordering necessary parts, and maintaining stock levels.
• Conduct regular quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to safety and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Relevant certifications in automotive repair or management are highly desirable.
• Experience in a car rental company adds significant value.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
