We are looking for a Workshop Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination of vehicle repairs and preparation, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will oversee workshop schedules, manage supplier communications, and optimize vehicle readiness timelines to support showroom operations. Vehicle Coordination & Workshop Management

  • Coordinate vehicle repairs and preparation with partner workshops, ensuring adherence to quality standards and turnaround targets.
  • Arrange vehicle pick-up and drop-off between showroom and workshops, working closely with recovery teams.
  • Monitor all repair and maintenance timelines and resolve any delays or workflow issues.
  • Liaise with the sales team to address any last-minute vehicle needs before handover.

Parts Procurement & Process Optimization

  • Manage the sourcing and timely delivery of vehicle parts by coordinating with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records using internal tracking systems and software.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workshop processes and reduce lead times.
  • Ensure all vehicles are prepared efficiently and meet showroom readiness criteria.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry (workshop, logistics, or coordination roles preferred).
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with workflow tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with external partners.
