Full job description

Darana Hybrid is actively hiring for our wire pulling team. This position is entirely trained in-house so no previous experience is necessary although experience in a warehouse/assembly is helpful. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to follow daily instructions from the team leader, have an attention to detail, and work as a team player.

This unique position utilizes a machine to combine multiple wires onto a reel. The puller then wraps and stacks the reel for shipment on a pallet to our electricians in the field throughout North America.

Work pace is very moderate with the occasional need for planned, rushed orders requiring a more demanding pace. This position may require the puller to help in other aspects of the shipping department.

Team members will be supported by the team leader and trained on ways to improve their performance and work experience throughout.
