Wheel Loader Operator

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating wheel loaders.
• Proven experience in construction, transport, quarry, aggregate, or material-handling operations.
• Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License/Certificate, where applicable.
• Good knowledge of wheel loader controls, attachments, and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to perform daily pre-start inspections and identify basic mechanical or safety issues.
• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with supervisors and site teams.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong safety attitude.

Key Requirements

• Safely operate the wheel loader for loading, transporting, and moving materials.
• Follow all company and site safety rules and procedures.
• Conduct daily equipment checks before starting work.
• Report mechanical problems, equipment damage, or safety hazards immediately.
• Keep the equipment clean and properly maintained.
• Operate the machine carefully around workers, vehicles, and other equipment.
• Follow loading instructions and ensure materials are handled correctly.
• Maintain safe working practices at all times.
• Be willing to work overtime, shifts, weekends, or holidays when required by operational needs.

Preferred

• Previous UAE experience as a Wheel Loader Operator.
• Experience with sand, gravel, aggregates, soil, or construction materials.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment maintenance and daily inspection procedures.
• Immediate joiners or cancelled visa will be prioritized.
