North Mountain Medical & Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, Arizona is looking to fill a part-time Receptionist position:

Shift:

• 8:30AM – 8:30PM, Saturday and Sunday

Must have flexibility to potentially pick up more shifts on holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and employees warmly, creating a welcoming environment
• Screen and direct visitors to appropriate office and/or resident room
• Give directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
• Answer telephone and triage inquiries.
• Order supplies as directed.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail as directed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including faxes and secure messages
• Assist HR department with administrative duties and record keeping as needed
• Other related duties as necessary or appropriate.
