Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and safety-conscious Water Sports Instructor to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and teaching various water-based activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, jet skiing, parasailing, and more. Your role is to ensure that guests have a fun, educational, and safe experience on the water.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct individuals and groups in water sports activities, adapting lessons to suit different skill levels.
• Ensure all participants understand and follow safety procedures and use equipment properly.
• Set up, maintain, and store water sports equipment.
• Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safe operation at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, encouraging participation and building guest confidence.
• Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately; administer basic first aid and CPR if needed.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the water sports area.
• Promote and explain available water sports programs to guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a water sports instructor or in a similar role.
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and water safety (e.g., lifeguard certification).
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Knowledge of a variety of water sports and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly in emergency situations.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
