Job Overview
The selected candidate will be trained to polish and refinish watch cases and bracelets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in fine craftsmanship. While prior polishing experience is preferred, it is not required—we are willing to fully train any motivated individual to become a professional watch polisher/refinisher.

In this position, the candidate will learn to operate a variety of machines and tools used to achieve high-quality finishing results. Watch polishing and refinishing is an essential process that restores a watch’s original luster and shine, greatly enhancing its overall appearance. This skill is especially important for luxury timepieces, where visual condition significantly influences desirability and value.

Duties

• Carefully polish and refinish watch cases, bezels, and other components to restore their original luster and appearance
• Use specialized tools and techniques to remove scratches, blemishes, and oxidation without damaging delicate surfaces
• Inspect watches thoroughly to identify areas requiring refinishing or touch-up work
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure precision and safety during all processes
• Learn the skill of taking watches apart

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools, polishing compounds, and buffing machines specific to watch refinishing – We will train on all skills needed.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict quality standards
• Prior experience in jewelry or watch polishing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Desire to learn New skills.
