Job Overview

We’re currently hiring 1–2 full-time Wash Bay Attendants and possibly one part-time employee to join our operations team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving, and being part of a supportive team.

Start times range from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM, with end times between 2:00 PM and 5:30 PM. Shifts and schedules may vary. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and detail tractors and trailers accurately and on schedule
• Stage and organize trailers and equipment on-site
• Ensure trailers are equipped for their next load
• Perform interior detailing and de-decaling
• Refuel trailers using pickup and slip tank
• Move equipment around the yard and into/out of the shop
• Provide general yard maintenance, including grass cutting and snow removal
• Assist in the warehouse and with city driving tasks (e.g., delivering parts, transporting drivers)
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Report maintenance issues and complete wash bay logs
• Communicate effectively with Shop and Yard Supervisors
• Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing workloads
• Uphold strong food safety and workplace safety practices

What We’re Looking For

• Wash bay or shop service experience is an asset
• Physically fit and capable of working on your feet for extended periods
• Class 5 Driver’s License (required)
• Willingness to learn to drive day cab/highway tractors and use heavy equipment
• Basic computer skills (spreadsheets and email)
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Positive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors and in changing weather conditions
