About the Role

W.C. Cressey, Inc. is a Platinum-certified Thomas Built Buses dealership serving customers across New England. Our Kennebunk location is looking for a reliable, hardworking Wash Bay Attendant to join our service team.

This is an outdoor, hands-on position. You will be responsible for keeping our fleet of buses clean, presentable, and ready for customers — work that directly reflects our reputation as a best-in-class dealership. You will report to the Service Manager and work within a team that takes pride in doing things right.

What You’ll Do

• Wash, rinse, and dry buses and other vehicles using pressure washing equipment and hand tools
• Clean and detail bus interiors, including seats, floors, windows, and hard surfaces
• Inspect vehicles for visible damage or issues and report findings to the service team
• Maintain a clean, organized wash bay area and properly store equipment and supplies
• Follow safety procedures when working around heavy equipment and moving vehicles
• Support the service department with light tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working around large vehicles and equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and takes direction well
• Attention to detail — you notice what others miss
• Prior experience in a wash bay, detailing, or similar physical role is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
