Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate – Picking & Packaging (Home Décor)

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing home décor company. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, carefully packaged, and shipped in excellent condition.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling inventory, verifying order accuracy, and packaging home décor items for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, care in handling fragile merchandise, and the ability to work efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pick items accurately from warehouse shelves based on order tickets
• Inspect products for quality before packaging
• Carefully package home décor items (including fragile pieces) to prevent damage during transit
• Label and prepare boxes for shipment
• Maintain organized inventory areas and restock shelves as needed
• Assist with receiving and checking incoming shipments
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly
• Follow company procedures for shipping and safety

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
