Job description:

We are looking for hardworking WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES to join our growing team in an exciting, fast-paced, and rewarding profession in the San Antonio, TX area!

Job Duties:

• Work with skilled crew to inventory, sort, pack, and load/install structure tents
• Clean products returning from jobs and prepare them for next rental using banding, straps, and shrink wrap
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety protocols
• Accurately count and organize equipment
• Follow all instructions given by the Warehouse Manager and Supervisors

Requirements:

• Reliable, on time, and dependable
• Bilingual
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexible to work up to 7 days a week during busy seasons
• Ability to operate basic hand tools
• Professional, positive, and respectful attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Basic knowledge of tent/structure assembly (preferred but not required)
