Warehouse Team Leader – Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a small team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, timely order processing, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities.

Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy.

Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.

Train and guide warehouse team members.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare basic warehouse reports and updates for management.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and inventory management experience.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Currently based in the UAE is preferred.
