Warehouse Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding & Shipping

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Executive with expertise in UAE freight forwarding and shipping to join our team in Jafza, Dubai!

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping

– Manage logistics operations, documentation, and compliance

– Lead and coordinate with warehouse team to meet productivity targets

– Ensure accurate inventory management and reporting

– Collaborate with freight forwarding and shipping teams

Requirements:

– Minimum 2-4 years of experience in UAE freight forwarding and shipping

– Strong knowledge of logistics operations and documentation

– Proficiency in WMS and inventory software

– Excellent organizational and time-management skills

– Leadership and team management experience

Location: Jafza, Dubai
