Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and a safe, well-organized warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on experience managing warehouse operations and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly checked, recorded, and handled.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth product flow.
• Plan and organize warehouse space for efficient storage and easy access to inventory.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized warehouse environment.
• Monitor the condition and proper use of warehouse equipment and material-handling tools.
• Coordinate with transport and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse activities, productivity, and stock movement.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role.
• Minimum [3–5] years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Previous experience managing and supervising warehouse staff.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
