We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Warehouse Manager to take full charge of our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, managing the daily flow of goods, and ensuring the facility operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Accurately track incoming and outgoing stock, conduct regular physical inventory audits, and prevent discrepancies.
• Facility Oversight: Take full responsibility for the daily operations, security, and cleanliness of the Ras Al Khor warehouse.
• Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods, verify delivery documents, and ensure orders are dispatched on time.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide warehouse staff, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• System Administration: Maintain up-to-date records in our inventory and ERP systems (familiarity with Odoo is a strong advantage).
• Safety Compliance: Enforce standard health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Storekeeper, or similar role overseeing a commercial warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and UAE logistics.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
