Coolman HVAC Supply has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Lead at our new branch in Rancho Cucamonga, CA! Looking for an individual who is driven, a self-starter, hardworking, and looking for a company that has growth opportunities.

Schedule – Monday-Friday Day Shift

Full Time – Permanent employment at a pay range of $24-27 per hour DOE, with overtime opportunity.

Day-to-Day Warehouse Lead Activities

• Oversee all shipping and receiving; freight, parcels. Utilizing internal ERP systems, to update inventory.
• Organize and inventory warehouse stock, utilizing electric forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrappers.
• Working with the operations manager to identify, plan, and implement daily work for the warehouse team.
• Lead warehouse team through daily work through leading the initiative.
• Work with the customer service team to support restocking inventory and helping load customers up.
• Help load up customers if needed.
• Work with the operations manager to implement and utilize LEAN 6 Sigma standards into the warehouse.
• Help back up the customer service team in the front if needed.

Warehouse Lead Requirements

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with help from others.
• Ability to frequently work at heights up to 15 feet.
• Being able to be on your feet most of the day, moving, squatting, kneeling, and reaching, being physically capable is a must.
• Regular, consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Inventory/Cycle counting experience required.
• Experienced at safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and ladders.
• Experience in Windows operating systems, Google Suites, Gmail and any inventory management system.
• Has experience leading a small team of 3+, with a proven track record of strong leadership..
• Can problem-solve and think critically.
• Has great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has great customer service skills.
• Reliable and helpful.
