We are looking for physically fit and hardworking Warehouse Helpers to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. The primary responsibility will be loading and unloading trucks, including handling bags weighing approximately 20–35 kg each.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload bags and materials from trucks safely and efficiently.
• Manually handle and move bags weighing approximately 20–35 kg.
• Stack and arrange materials properly inside the warehouse.
• Assist with receiving, shifting, and dispatching materials.
• Ensure materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the loading/unloading area.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Assist the warehouse team with other physical tasks when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, loading/unloading, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
• Must be physically fit and capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying 20–35 kg bags.
• Ability to work for extended periods standing, walking, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Candidates with experience handling heavy bags, construction materials, food/feed bags, cement, chemicals, or similar products will be considered.

Working Conditions

• Physically demanding role involving frequent lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, and stacking.
• Work may involve outdoor loading/unloading areas and varying weather conditions.
• Strict adherence to workplace health and safety procedures is required.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be strong, physically fit, hardworking, and comfortable with repetitive manual handling of 20–35 kg bags. Prior warehouse or loading/unloading experience is an advantage.

Note: Candidates must be physically capable of performing the manual handling requirements of the position safely.
