Role Purpose

The Warehouse Dispatcher manages all warehouse and dispatch activities to ensure that each Wise Well installation or delivery is prepared, validated, and executed with precision. This role guarantees operational readiness, stock accuracy, and seamless coordination between warehouse and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring all Wise Well orders are prepared 24 hours in advance.
  • Verify correct SKUs, filters, and installation kits per Wise Well specifications.
  • Conduct pre-dispatch validation using the official White Glove pre-installation checklist.
  • Coordinate with technicians for route planning, job sheet distribution, and tool readiness.
  • Maintain warehouse stock levels, monitor movement, and perform daily reconciliation.
  • Update FleetRunnr status for dispatched, pending, or rescheduled jobs.
  • Track MAC ID entries and ensure completion documentation is logged.
  • Maintain warehouse hygiene and safety standards.
  • Provide daily dispatch summary to Project Coordinator by EOD.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch and workforce Management.
  • Basic understanding of installation or technical dispatch processes.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and digital reporting.
  • Ability to work in time-sensitive and field-driven environments.

  • 100% order readiness before dispatch.
  • Zero SKU or accessory mismatch.
  • 100% stock reconciliation accuracy.
  • Reduced technician downtime (route optimization compliance ≥90%).
