WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Warehouse Associate, you will:
- Create shipping labels and track incoming and outgoing equipment
- Provide weekly reporting on equipment returns and shipping labels
- Align with the Equipment Recovery Team, and initiate swift action on all returns pending return
- Manage cases by pulling new tickets daily and ensure completion
- Tracking upcoming organizations needs and anticipating volume for shipping and equipment stock based on new employee hiring across North America.
- Flexibility to work Monday- Friday starting from 7am-9am through 3pm-5pm.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Warehouse Associate role include:
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs without assistance- Required.
- Must have good Eyesight for attention to details- Required.
- Standing for extended periods of time- Required.
- Utilizing the forklift or pallet jacks- Preferred but not required.
- Receiving and unpacking returned equipment.
- Refurbishing, cleaning, shipping, or packing equipment daily.
- Preparing equipment (Including PCs) in a timely manner for upcoming classes and tickets.
- Ensuring that all printed tickets are packed and on the loading dock prior to picking up.
- Ensuring that the depot is clean, not limited to: Sweeping, wiping down tables, taking out cardboard/trash, and putting items in their respective areas.
- Tracking all equipment to and from users.
- Assisting with minor repairs and imaging as trained.
- Preparing newly ordered equipment within a timely manner and entering it into our systems.
- Utilizing our internal PowerApps or documents to track special projects.
- Other job duties as needed in the depot
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
