• Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about food and beverages, and offer recommendations to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate orders from guests and relay them promptly to kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages with attentive care, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area to promote a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction at all times
