Sacconnesset Golf Club is a high-end private golf club in Falmouth, MA. The position will include day and evening shifts in the a la carte dining as well as private events.

As a Server, you’ll be providing fantastic food and beverage service to our members, guests, and customers all while teaching your expertise to seasonal staff.

Here’s some of what you’d do as one of our Servers:

• You’ll be responsible to ensure the pre- and post-work shift duties are completed before the end of shifts
• Provide timely, friendly, and consistent customer service. Every time a member or guest walk through the door, they are greeted with a friendly welcome.
• Taking and serving orders.
• Suggesting drink and food orders.
• Offer knowledge on suggested wines and cocktail menus
• Comply with all state, local laws and company policies relating to the service of alcohol; inform manager if service to a member or guest is questionable.
• Help to train newly hired waitstaff, bussers and food runners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Weekends and nights are required
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, complete knowledge of the wine and cocktail menus and work as a TEAM
• Must learn the menus and upsell on every order.
• Jonas POS knowledge preferred but will train
