Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers politely and take dine-in & takeaway orders
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle billing, cash, card payments, and POS system accurately
• Issue receipts and maintain cash balance at shift end
• Answer customer queries and handle complaints calmly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and cashier counter
• Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress or cashier is preferred
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to handle cash and POS systems
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Honest, responsible, and team-oriented
