Job Summary:
The Waitress is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience while maintaining the restaurant’s service and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide information about food and beverage items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve orders promptly and ensure proper presentation.
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience and respond to requests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain tables before, during, and after service.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and company standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• UAE Experience experience as a Waitress/Server in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable, professional, and guest-focused.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
