Palma Beach Resort & Spa is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Female Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will provide excellent guest service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Maintain clean and properly arranged tables.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Provide menu information and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and report them to the supervisor.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Female candidate.
• Previous experience as a Waitress or in Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Pleasant personality and customer-service attitude.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• UAE hospitality or resort experience is an advantage.
