We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waitress with experience in franchised cafés, restaurants, or high-end hospitality brands. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a high level of customer service.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
- Ensure guests’ needs are attended to throughout their dining experience.
- Process bills and handle cash/POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other team members.
- Follow company hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waitress in a franchised café, restaurant, or high-end hospitality brand.
- Experience working in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and upselling abilities.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
