Mogao Restaurant is dedicated to offering guests an exceptional dining experience in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and hardworking Waitress to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer queries.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring all guests have what they need.
• Check in with customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear tables, clean the dining area, and reset tables efficiently.
• Handle billing and payments (cash/card) accurately.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
• Uphold restaurant hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive attitude during service.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Personality: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Work Ethic: Presentable, reliable, and hardworking.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Presentation: Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of food and beverages (preferred).
