Waiter / Waitress – Russian Speaking

About the Role

We are seeking attentive, service-focused Russian-speaking Waiters and Waitresses to join our restaurant team. You will deliver warm, professional food and beverage service while creating a comfortable and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive food and beverage service.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make suitable recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Communicate dietary requirements and allergy information clearly to the kitchen.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare tables, complete service setup, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Follow company hygiene, food safety, grooming, and service standards.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken Russian and English.
• Previous waiter or waitress experience, preferably in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality venue.
• Good knowledge of service etiquette and food and beverage operations.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and the ability to remain composed during busy service periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately are preferred.
