Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials with enthusiasm to set a welcoming tone.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, paying close attention to dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and proper presentation of each dish.
• Anticipate guest needs, proactively refilling drinks, clearing plates, and offering additional items.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clientele.
