As a Waiter/Waitress, you are the face of our hospitality—welcoming guests with warmth, guiding them through our menu with confidence, and ensuring every moment at the table feels special. You balance efficiency with grace, turning meals into memorable experiences.

_ Key Responsibilities_

– Greet guests with a genuine smile and assist them in finding their seats

– Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about dishes and ingredients

– Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar

– Serve orders efficiently, ensuring presentation and timing meet brand standards

– Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns with care

– Clear tables and reset for the next guests with speed and attention to detail

– Process payments accurately and thank guests with warmth

– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

– Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

– Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times

Skills & Qualifications

– Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

– Basic math skills for handling payments

– Positive attitude and team spirit

– Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

– Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
