We are looking for an experienced and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Previous waiter/waitress or restaurant service experience is mandatory
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed, and presentable
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of restaurant service standards
• Ability to take orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen
• Able to work efficiently during busy service periods
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Present menus and provide recommendations when required
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly prepared
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and restaurant team
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
• Support the team in providing an excellent overall guest experience
