Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our hospitality team in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide professional and friendly service.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options to customers.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Check customer satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to requests efficiently.
• Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before and during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Process orders and payments accurately when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience hospitality industry is required.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to take orders accurately and work efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
