We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, delivers exceptional service, and helps create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them efficiently
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly and professionally
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented tables and dining areas
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, Server, or in customer service is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
