Knot Bakehouse is looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Waiter / Runner to join our Al Ain branch. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, ensure smooth food and beverage delivery, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, barista, and cashier teams.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and product information.
• Promote special products, upsell menu items, and support sales targets.
• Collect guest feedback and encourage Google reviews.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining area.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety standards, and grooming policies.
• Support daily opening and closing duties.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Food Runner, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Experience in a café, bakery, or specialty coffee shop is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
