1. WAITER / ORDER TAKER

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Take orders accurately through POS, QR codes, and tablets
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup
• Handle customer requests and provide excellent service
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are served correctly

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant/café experience preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Well-groomed, clean, and professionally presentable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• English required; Arabic is an advantage

2. KITCHEN HELPER

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation
• Prepare ingredients and support daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with washing, cleaning, and organizing kitchen equipment
• Support the team during busy periods

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team

3. SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations
• Lead and support the front-of-house team
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensure staff follow company standards and procedures
• Monitor cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams
• Assist with stock control and daily operational requirements

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of restaurant/café supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations
• Experience with POS systems
• Professional, responsible, and customer-focused personality
• English required; Arabic is an advantage

4. CASHIER

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and payments accurately
• Operate POS systems and payment terminals
• Handle cash and card transactions
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate records
• Assist customers with billing and payment queries
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams

Requirements:

• Previous cashier or restaurant experience preferred
• Good numerical and communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Well-groomed and professionally presentable
• English required; Arabic is an advantage

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Currently residing in the UAE
• Previous UAE restaurant/café experience is preferred
• Professional appearance, good hygiene, and a positive attitude
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Immediate joiners are preferred
