Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Present the menu and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Ensure customers enjoy an excellent dining experience.
• Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a café, tea house, or restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good time management skills.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays when required.
• Basic English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
