A waiter (or server) is a hospitality professional who ensures diners have a memorable experience by providing excellent customer service. Their core responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, delivering meals, and handling bill payments. • Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, managing seating flow, explaining daily specials, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal. [1, 2]
• Order Taking: Taking precise food and drink orders, noting special dietary requirements or allergies, and relaying them to the kitchen or bar. [1, 2]
• Serving & Clearing: Delivering meals and beverages in a timely manner, checking dish quality, and clearing tables between courses. [1, 2]
• Payments: Preparing bills, processing cash or credit card transactions, and returning change. [1, 2]
• Maintenance: Assisting with setup (polishing silverware/glassware), maintaining a clean dining area, and performing end-of-shift restocking. [1, 2]

Pay: AED1,300.00 – AED1,400.00 per month
