Ready to bring great energy to the dining room? Bombera is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Waiter to join our team in Oakland. If you’ve got some restaurant experience, are a team player, and love Mexican cuisine, we’d love to meet you. This is a role perfect for someone who thrives during evening and weekend shifts and isn’t afraid to jump in and support the whole team.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages with care and attention to detail
• Build rapport with customers and handle requests with a smile
• Support your teammates across the restaurant when needed whether that’s bussing tables, helping with prep, or jumping in wherever needed
• Share your knowledge of Mexican food to help guests navigate the menu
• Maintain a clean, organized dining space

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience
• Working knowledge of Spanish (a plus!)
• Familiarity with Mexican food and cuisine
• Some knowledge of wine and Mexican spirits a plus
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• A team-first attitude and willingness to help out wherever needed
• Strong communication skills and genuine customer service instincts
