Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized, and professional table service
- Present menus and offer detailed explanations of food, wine, and cocktail selections
- Recommend appropriate wine and beverage pairings
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, liquors, and classic cocktails
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders
- Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service and attention to detail
- Maintain fine dining service standards, presentation, and etiquette
- Handle payments accurately using POS systems
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant required
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages is mandatory
- Understanding of wine varietals, regions, and pairing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
