We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The waiter will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
• Clear and clean tables and maintain a neat dining area.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer-service role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Good personal hygiene and appearance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
