Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Waiter to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guests.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Check on guests regularly and respond promptly to their requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and dining areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
