Wrap Installer

Location: Angier, NC
Pay: $19–$26/hr (Based on experience)

NC Wraps is a commercial vehicle wrap company specializing in high-quality fleet graphics and professional installations. We’re growing fast and looking for a skilled installer who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Wrap Installer to join our team.

• If you have proven experience wrapping full commercial vehicles, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities:

• Install full and partial vehicle wraps, decals, and graphics.
• Occasionally assist with disassembly/reassembly of vehicle parts (mirrors, handles, trim, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with the production and design teams to ensure perfect fit and finish for your installation projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Follow company installation standards and quality procedures.
• Outdoor installations are occasionally required for storefront projects & other non-vehicle installations.

For highly experienced candidates, a Lead Installer role is available. In this position, you’ll take full ownership of wrap projects from start to finish—coordinating with the design and production teams to confirm correct panel sizing, bleeds, and artwork layout before print. You’ll oversee prep, installation, and post-inspection, ensuring every vehicle meets our top-tier quality standards. The lead role also involves guiding & training other installers, maintaining timelines, troubleshooting materials or fitment issues, and communicating directly with management and when needed, customers to keep projects running smoothly. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on precision, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can confidently deliver commercial-grade installations with consistency and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Prior vehicle wrap experience is required. This is not a training position.
• Ability to complete full wraps independently.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Wrap certifications (Avery, 3M, Orafol, etc.) are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
