Salesman / Shop Assistant Vacancy

Location: Al Lisaili – Marmoom / Al Qudra Area, Dubai

Company: Baith Al Dafra Flour Mill

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Salesman / Shop Assistant at our Flour Mill & Roastery Shop.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations efficiently
• Handle customer orders and deliveries
• Visit nearby restaurants, cafeterias, grocery stores, and supermarkets to collect orders
• Deliver products to customers when required
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Assist with packing, stock management, and overall shop operations

Requirements

• Must have a valid UAE Driving License
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, honest, and hardworking
• Ability to handle deliveries and customer interactions
• Smart, active, and able to work independently

Preference

• Candidates from Kerala will be given first preference.
• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage, but motivated candidates are welcome to apply.

• Arabic (an added advantage)
