Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting guests to the JohnWayne Airport Santa Ana while providing excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle. Experience in shuttle driving, paratransit, or similar driving roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van to transport passengers to various locations as scheduled.
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding pick-up and drop-off times and locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for all passengers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, performing regular inspections and necessary maintenance.
• Assist passengers with heavy lifting of luggage or personal items as needed.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Document any incidents or issues that arise during transport and report them to management promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in shuttle driving.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
• Ability to lift heavy items and assist passengers as required.
• A commitment to safety and punctuality in all driving duties.
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or assessments as part of the hiring process.
