CANDIDATES:

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order at the community
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary during emergencies or investigations.
Document incidents and prepare reports detailing any security breaches or unusual occurrences.
Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potential disturbances.
Skills

Certification in security-related fields is preferred.
Proficiency in surveillance technology, including CCTV systems.
Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
