CDL-A Truck Driver – OTR Dry Van/ Regional

Pay: $0.55 – $0.65 CPM
Orientation Bonus: $1,000
90-Day Retention Bonus: $1,200
Full-Time | OTR | Regional -available as well : Consistent Miles

Job Overview

We are hiring professional CDL-A drivers for OTR Dry Van freight. We offer competitive CPM pay, steady miles, performance-based incentives, and a driver-focused operation built on safety and professionalism.

Compensation & Bonuses

• $0.55 – $0.65 CPM (based on experience and safety record)

Freight & Equipment

• 100% OTR or Regional Dry Van , 2021+ Cascadia’s
• No-Touch Freight
• 2,500–3,200+ miles per week potential

Home Time

• Multiple home time options available

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer in full compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and follow Hours-of-Service regulations
• Communicate professionally with dispatch
• Ensure freight is properly secured
• Deliver loads safely and on time
• Proven truck driving experience, especially in freight delivery using dry vans; familiarity with refrigerated trailers is a plus
• Knowledge of route driving best practices, including navigation and compliance with hours-of-service regulations

Qualifications (Required)

• Valid CDL-A License
• Minimum 6 months of OTR experience within the last 3 years
• Clean driving record
• No SAP drivers
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Strong understanding of HOS regulations
• Professional attitude and reliability

Pay Matrix Experience Level CPM Range 6 months – 1 year $0.55 – $0.58. 1–3 years $0.58 – $0.62. 3+ years$0.62 – $0.65 , percentages and bonus per mile available

Final rate determined by experience, safety history, and overall qualifications.
