Immediate Opening – Experienced Roll-Off Driver

Dumpster Today Tampa Bay is hiring an experienced Roll-Off Dumpster Truck Driver to join our growing team. We provide dumpster rental services to homeowners, contractors, and businesses throughout Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, and surrounding Hillsborough County areas.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years roll-off truck driving experience. We are looking for a reliable driver who takes pride in safe equipment operation and professional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a roll-off dumpster truck for deliveries, pickups, and swaps (CDL and Non-CDL trucks)
• Deliver dumpsters to construction sites, residential homes, and commercial locations
• Properly place containers to prevent property damage
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Operate roll-off hoist system and tarp system safely
• Follow DOT regulations and traffic laws at all times
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates and job completion
• Maintain delivery logs and inspection records
• Keep truck clean and well maintained

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Roll-Off Truck Driving Experience (Required)
• CDL Class B or higher required
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual transmission trucks
• Knowledge of roll-off hoist systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
• Strong safety awareness and work ethic

Pay & Benefits

• $22 – $28 per hour depending on experience
