We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Travel, Tourism & Air Ticketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in airline ticketing, travel planning, and customer handling.

Job Title: Travel, Tourism & Air Ticketing Expert
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, Musaffa

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic & international air ticket reservations
• Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets
• Plan and manage travel packages and tour itineraries
• Coordinate hotel bookings, visas, and travel insurance
• Provide excellent customer support and travel guidance
• Work with airlines, GDS systems, and travel partners
• Ensure accuracy in fares, schedules, and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in travel, tourism, and air ticketing
• Strong knowledge of airline fares, routes, and regulations
• Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
