What You’ll Do
- Handle end-to-end travel bookings including flights, hotels, tours, excursions, visas, transport, and cruises.
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and B2B portals to manage ticketing and reservations.
- Prepare and present tailor-made itineraries and cost-effective travel packages.
- Advise clients on best routes, destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
- Manage re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes smoothly.
- Coordinate with suppliers, tour operators, and DMCs to deliver seamless travel experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, last-minute requests, and emergencies.
- Stay updated on travel trends, airline promotions, and new tourism products.
- Work closely with the sales team to cross-sell and upsell travel services.
- Maintain accurate booking records, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a Travel Agent or Consultant in UAE (retail or corporate).
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and B2B booking platforms.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes, travel regulations, and global destinations.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
