PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in serving food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Support setup and cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and tableware.
- Learn menu items, promotions, and basic product knowledge.
- Support order taking and coordinate with kitchen and service team.
- Provide friendly service and respond to basic guest requests.
- Support upselling and guest satisfaction.
- Attend briefings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REPORT LINES & COMMUNICATIONS
- Report to Restaurant Captain / Supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operation.
OTHERS
- Participate in training and development (IDP).
- Support team operations as required.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Represent the brand and deliver a positive guest experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Currently studying in Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Interest in Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
- Basic English communication.
- Service-minded with good personality and teamwork.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
