  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding products, services, orders, and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex cases to higher authorities when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.
  • Achieve individual and team performance metrics (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to service enhancement.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicate with the drivers with the Delivery Issues
  • Willing to be on shifting schedule
